Exercising at work

Computers, the loudness of the open space, the stress and pressure at work, … All this is enough to slowly drag you down. Here are a few magical massages to perk you up again and bring the glow back to your face. This is a series of brief and simple movements.

Without using up much of your time, these will help to relax all the parts of your body that are suffering the most from your work: your cervical vertebrae, back, eyes and hands. These exercises are to be practiced in association with a deep breathing technique, in order to restore the flow of energy in your body.
